Competition terms and conditions
- The survey will be available from 1 April 2009 until 31 March 2010
- All entries for the prize draw must be received before midnight on Thursday 1 April 2010
- The draw will take place on Thursday 1 April 2010 and the three winners will be emailed within seven days
- The first name drawn will win a voucher valued at £25.00 to spend in the Authority's online shop. The second and third names drawn will win vouchers worth £15.00 and £10.00 respectively
- Each voucher is only to be used by the individual to whom they have been issued and are not transferrable or assignable. They have no monetary value and no change will be given if the value of a gift voucher exceeds the value of the items purchased. Vouchers may only be redeemed for products from the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority's online shop
- Gift vouchers may only be used once and will expire one year from the date of issue
- The usual terms and conditions of purchase from the YDNPA online shop apply - see the online shop terms and conditions page for more details
- The Authority's decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The names of the winning entrants can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the Web Administrator at the Grassington office (see the contact details for our full address)
- Non-UK residents and Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority members and staff are welcome to complete the questionnaire but are not eligible for the prize draw
- Competition entrants will need to supply email and postal addresses
- Your details will be confidential, only used for our research and not be made available to third parties. Participation in the competition does, however, constitute consent to use the winner's name and home town for promotional purposes on our website
- All entrants must be 18 years old or over
