Artist Pat Ellacott will be exhibiting her Limestone Country cow paintings in the foyer of the National Park Authority Office 'Yoredale' in Bainbridge over the summer.
Pat's work is inspired by cattle - the contrast between protruding bony structures and soft hanging tissues
She finds her 'models' in local farms and in the Dales, and has linked in with the Limestone Country Project, which encourages the re-introduction of traditional upland breeds of cattle. This exhibition depicts some of these fine animals.
