The following exhibtions will be on view at the Dales Countryside Museum in 2008:

The Found Past by Lawrence Cutting: an exhibition of collages based on found objects in a house. The artist will be giving a talk on 25 May 10am – 12.30pm. |
| 28 June – 17 July | Perspectives of Gayle Mill by Carol Tyler: An exhibition in words and images, charting some of the hidden stories, aesthetics and restoration of this unique building |
| 25 July – 3 September | Hay Time!: An interactive exhibition for all the family, celebrating the history and importance of hay time in the Yorkshire Dales. Part of the Yorkshire Dales National Park Hay time Festival. |
| 2 – 30 August | Yorkshire – a land painted silver, photography by Daren Smith. |
| 6 September – 1 October | Nest: a brush with the media: Janet Rawlins and friends freely interpret one subject in a wide range of media |
