National Park Organisation History Project

The National Park Authority is currently co-ordinating a project to research and record the history of the National Park organisation since the creation of the Yorkshire Dales National Park in 1954.

We are looking for volunteers to get involved and help with the project. If you would be interested in doing this, please email the National Park History Project team.

A project extranet has been set up containing information about starting your research, presenting it correctly and details of how to upload your documents and photos to the site.
